Jogler Magnetostrictive and LIDAR Level Transmitters

This video illustrates the technology used in the Jogler MGT-6000, ILT-6000, and LLT-1000. Both the ILT-6000 and the LLT-1000 are Magnetostrictive Level Transmitters, whereas the LLT-1000 is a LIDAR Level Transmitter.

The MGT-6000 Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter is a loop-powered non-contact level measurement device that attaches to a magnetic level gauge. The MGT-6000 uses the magnetostrictive principle and time-of-flight calculations to quickly and accurately measure float position and, ultimately, the liquid level in the indicator. Elastomeric vibration-isolating bushings ensure continuous operation in high-vibration environments.

The ILT-6000 Direct Insertion Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter is a non-contact loop-powered level measurement device installed directly into a process vessel. The ILT-6000 provides a fast and accurate measurement of float position and, ultimately, the liquid level in the gauge by utilizing the magnetostrictive principle and time-of-flight calculations. The ILT-6000 installs in an isolation well assembly, which allows the transmitter to be removed, serviced, or replaced without disrupting the process.

The LLT-1000 LIDAR Level Transmitter is a laser-based non-contact instrument for measuring dry solids and opaque liquids in silos, tanks, hoppers, and other vessels. The LLT-1000's 4-20mA and relay outputs allow its use in a variety of control schemes.

The Jogler LLT-1000 LIDAR Level Transmitter: Features and Operation

The Jogler LLT-1000 LIDAR Level Transmitter is a non-contact, laser based instrument that measures the level of dry solids and opaque liquids in silos, tanks, hoppers, and other vessels. 4-20mA and relay outputs give the LLT-1000 the flexibility to be used in various control schemes.

With long measuring range, high accuracy and a narrow beam, the LLT-1000 can be used in many different applications to measure to different types of surface. The 4 to 20 mA and relay interfaces provide linear and switch point controls while the onboard USB interface provides access to comprehensive, user-friendly configuration settings. With an optional, visible aiming laser and numerous mounting flanges, the LLT-1000 is an easy to use, state of the art, level and position sensing solution.
